We have extensive experience in assisting Harvard stakeholders with program prioritization to optimize their investment impact and ensure successful outcomes for all types of real estate assets. HCP manages risks associated with the construction process so that programs, students, faculty, and staff can remain your priorities.

In addition to University stakeholders, HCP has experience with community stakeholders in both Cambridge and Boston and provides project leadership through the required approvals, permitting, and neighborhood processes.
